Kuvend-ON is an inclusive “accountability” platform where children and youth are stimulated to express their points of view, to share their experiences and voice their concerns directly to Members of the Parliament of Albania.

With this exchange we aim to:

- Promote dialog between youth and decision makers.
- Promote constructive engagement.
- Contribute to the advancement of participatory democracy.

Kuvend-On is organized in the front yard of the Plenary Session Hall in small groups and includes question and answer sessions with Members of Parliament. This structure enables direct and open communication between youth and their elected representatives.
The program is open to various age groups, including higher education and pre-university education students. There are no specific participation requirements, except for the wish to participate actively in the discussions.

Kuvend-On addresses a broad range of topics, including:

- Education
- The environment
- Healthcare
- Human rights, etc.

Kuvend-On meetings are organized based on school requests or with the initiative of the Civic Education Service. This flexibility enables the program to be tailored to participants interests and needs. Youth can sign up to participate in Kuvend-On activities at their school or by contacting the Civic Education Service.
