The “My Point of View” program is a parliamentary debate mock session inviting youth between 14 and 18 years of age to participate, becoming members of Parliament for a day.

During this simulation youth come to Parliament and propose and discuss draft laws that aim at resolving problems in our society.

The goal of this program is to:

• Raise youth awareness about political issues,
• Educate them on parliamentary mechanisms,
• Develop analytical thinking, promote critical thinking and provide them with public speaking skills.

The application to participate in this program is submitted at least **1 month prior** to the scheduled simulation date. Groups participating in this game should be comprised of at least 50 to 140 youth accompanied by teachers.

The “My Point of View” games calendar is determined and communicated by the Civic Education Service staff.
