The “My Opinion On...” program invites youth to express their opinions on democracy and fundamental human rights through works of art and publication.

Youth come to Parliament and present their products and discuss with Members of Parliament on topics of national and international relevance.

The “My Opinion on...” program is organized based on an annual calendar and is held on important dates of political and social issues, as follows:

• 24 January “International Day of Education”
• 20 February “International Social Justice Day”.
• 8 March “International Women's Day”
• 22 April “Earth Day”
• 9 May “Europe Day”
• 1 June “International Children's Day”
• 15 July “World Youth Skills Day”
• 12 August “International Youth Day”
• 23 September “International Day of Sign Languages”
• October “Pink October”
• 28-29 November “National Albanian Holidays”
• 5 December “International Volunteer Day”
