Parliament works out of two buildings: one is the Headquarters of Parliament and the other is the Plenary Session Hall.

At the Headquarters of Parliament you will be able to visit:

• The Standing Parliamentary Committees meeting halls, where parliamentary issues are discussed before being addressed in plenary session.
• The Pjetër Arbnori Hall, where the meetings of the Chairpersons Conference and the Parliament Bureau are held.
• The Parliament Conference Room, which is a space dedicated to various meetings and conferences, and where important political and social matters are discussed.
• The Parliament Library providing a rich source of information through materials on parliamentary legislation and history
• The Parliament Archive and other facilities related to parliamentary processes.

In this section of the tour, you will learn about parliamentary functions, the building architecture, and the role of the Parliament administration.

Then, we visit the Plenare Session Hall and the Visitor Center where you will learn about the following:

- plenary session organization
- role of the Speaker of Parliament
- protocol for seating of participants in the hall and procedures for discussions and voting
